We are using an online service (buyhomes.com) and they will post our house on the mls realtor system. I do not believe people from out of state can search on this. Am I correct? Assuming so, how do we make the house visible to the people looking to relocate here from other states? Thanks for your help.

I know I will have to pay the lawyer to draw up the paperwork, are there any other hidden costs involved?
Also the potiental buyers bought along their real estate agent, will I have to pay them a fee? Is it legal for them to accept one?
